I have worked in market research for over 30 years.

I started out stamping in and batching up paper questionnaires in my mum's full service research agency, Progressing to joint director I've worn all the hats when it comes to market research (and running an SME!).

My favourite hat by far is the coding hat. I code the old fashioned way - manually.
