I have coded a vast array of studies from cat milk to inmates; you name it, I've probably coded it. I have worked on surveys for many market sectors and research areas (see below - the sectors in bold are the ones I have most experience in).
Proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite including Power BI,
an expert SNAP XMP user (survey scripting, data entry, data analysis and online survey scripting and managing), well experienced with Qualtrics, JISC and Survey Monkey. Keen, able and happy to learn new applications.
Quality
Producing quality work is at the core of my service. Our family-run agency was one of the first in the UK to be awarded the MRQSA BS7911 accreditation, subsequently moving on to ISO20252. I have adhered to these standards ever since. I also abide by the MRS guidelines and am fully UK GDPR compliant.
